Main Responsibilities/Main Tasks Service

Support daily business of the demo department
Processing of Demo pool orders and checking the availability of goods for the received requirements
Order Entry and Management in Navision
Organization and implementation of Demo pool transport equipment
Evaluations and reporting
Administration and follow-up of Demo equipment in case of delayed return
Collaboration on the organization of delivery dates and stock levels
Evaluations and reporting
Data maintenance
Telefone coordination
general operative tasks
Service Project Support
project work
Support of day-to-day business in the deployed departments
Completing specifically assigned tasks
Support of the continuous improvement process
Vacation and illness representation Experience levels
Experience in administration work advantageous
Good knowledge of ERP and office tools Skills and Expertise
Excellent Communication skills
