Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Pharos Labs is developing an AI-powered platform for Medical Writing in Market Access and Regulatory Affairs. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to build our marketing function from the ground up.

As the first dedicated marketing professional in our team, you will own the entire marketing setup – from positioning and sales assets to lead-generation campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product and Sales Lead and have the freedom to design processes, tools, and campaigns independently.

Your mission

  • Sales Enablement: Creation and maintenance of sales decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and FAQ documentation to support the sales team.
  • Website Revamp: Implement positioning, messaging, and use cases on the WordPress-based website.
  • Event Readiness: Develop trade show materials, roll-ups, and pitch slides for event participation.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute email sequences and LinkedIn campaigns for defined target accounts.
  • Event Marketing: Organize webinars, co-marketing activities with partners, and appearances at industry events.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Create blog posts, case studies, and use-case stories for the website and LinkedIn.

Your profile

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare/pharma, or enterprise software environments.
  • Hands-on mindset with proven experience in independently executing campaigns and creating marketing materials.
  • Sales enablement expertise, supporting sales teams with assets, messaging, and presentations.
  • Solid knowledge of common marketing tools (including WordPress, Figma).
  • High level of ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities independently.
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least CEFR C1).
  • Demonstrated success in event marketing (webinars, trade shows, partner events).
  • Strong affinity for AI and technology, with the ability to communicate complex software products clearly.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for diverse target audiences.
