Production Technician (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about producing high-quality diagnostic products that make a real difference in global health? Panadea Diagnostics is looking for a Production Technician (m/f/d) to join our growing team in Germany. As an innovative biotech startup, we develop highly accurate ELISA diagnostic kits for tropical and emerging infectious diseases, helping strengthen disease surveillance and outbreak preparedness worldwide.

What you'll do

• Manufacture and assemble ELISA kits according to established procedures
• Express and purify recombinant proteins used in our diagnostic products
• Perform production, quality control, documentation, and inventory tasks
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and CE-IVD / IVDR regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement of production processes
• Work closely with our R&D and Quality teams in a dynamic startup environment

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience in manufacturing IVD or life science products (ELISA experience is an advantage)
• Hands-on experience in recombinant protein expression and purification (required)
• Authorization to work in Germany (required)
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 quality management systems
• Familiarity with CE-IVD / IVDR regulatory requirements and GMP-style documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing startup
