Working Student Marketing & Sales (m/f/d)

Do you want to gain hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing, sales support, and event management while working closely with an experienced team? Your responsibilities

• Support in the planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Assistance in the preparation of sales materials, presentations and product documentation
• Research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities and target audiences in the medical technology sector
• Support in organizing trade fairs, conferences and customer events
• Maintenance and updating of CRM systems, marketing databases and social media channels
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales initiatives
• Assistance in lead generation activities and customer outreach
• Direct customer contact and communication – including responding to inquiries, conducting follow-ups and building strong, lasting customer relationships

Your profile

• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field
• Strong interest in medical technology and the healthcare industry
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – are essential for this role
• Native-level or business-fluent proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required
• Confident handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is desirable
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Self-motivated and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills
• First practical experience in marketing or sales through internships or projects is a plus
