LSN Event TALENTready – From Needs to the Right HR Solution: A Structured Approach to Selecting HR Tools

There is a wide range of digital HR tools available, but which solution truly fits your company's specific needs and requirements? As part of the TALENTready project, this free 90-minute online workshop supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to digitalise their HR processes and are looking for guidance on selecting suitable HR tools.

Together with HR expert Alexandra Edl from Edl Consulting, participants will explore how to identify and specify their individual needs, define relevant selection criteria, and systematically evaluate and compare different HR tools. The aim is to provide participants with the practical knowledge and methods needed to approach HR tool selection in a structured and needs-based way within their own organisations.

The workshop is specifically designed to be interactive: Rather than focusing solely on theoretical input, it emphasises discussion, practical exercises and working on participants' own questions and challenges. Active participation is therefore an essential part of the workshop. You will also receive practical materials and resources to help you assess the current state of your company's HR processes and identify the next steps towards finding a suitable digital solution.

Preparation & Individual Results Report

In preparation for the workshop, participants are required to complete the free Toolfinder developed by Edl Consulting. Completing the Toolfinder in advance is a prerequisite for participating in the workshop.

Based on their individual responses, participants will receive a personalised results report prepared by the expert after the workshop. This report addresses the specific needs of each company and provides a practical basis for further researching and selecting suitable HR solutions.
