LSN Event TALENTready HR Networking Event 2026

It is precisely for this reason that we warmly invite you to the TALENTready networking event on 7 October 2026, starting at 6.00 pm at 1000Satellites in the Speicherstadt.

TALENTready is a joint project of the Hamburg innovation clusters, which supports companies in developing their HR practices to make them fit for the future and digitally advanced. Together with the cluster partners, Life Science Nord brings together companies, HR managers and other stakeholders to promote dialogue and jointly develop new approaches to HR challenges.

This networking event is aimed at HR leads, HR managers, directors of small and medium-sized enterprises, and key players from Hamburg’s innovation clusters who wish to expand their network, gain fresh insights and exchange views with others on current developments and challenges. HR professionals from larger companies are also very welcome if they wish to expand their network, connect with other organisations and gain new perspectives on HR work.

Here’s what’s in store for you this evening

From 6.00 pm: Arrival & getting to know each other
Kick off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere and strike up a conversation with other participants over a welcome drink.

Project updates & keynote speech

Gain fascinating insights into the TALENTready project and the findings to date from the working groups and creative workshops. This will be followed by inspiring talks on a topical issue relating to HR and digitalisation.

Networking over food and drinks

The focus of the evening is on personal interaction. Take the opportunity to make new contacts, expand your existing networks and exchange views with other companies on challenges, experiences and practical solutions.
