With the 10,000 m² healthcare distribution centre in Hamburg, Kuehne+Nagel provides Sysmex with a broad range of services. These include direct-to-customer deliveries in parts of Europe, supply across the entire EMEA region, and same-day dispatch of urgent air freight export orders. The medical products are stored across three temperature zones. A key feature is the device configuration centre, which includes specialised rooms for configuring, pre-assembling, testing, and dispatching customised solutions.

The growing medical technology market demands high standards of quality, safety, and flexibility in logistics. This is also a top priority for Sysmex: for over 50 years, the company has been developing diagnostic instruments and is one of the world’s leading providers in in-vitro diagnostics, especially in the field of haematology, haemostasis and urinalysis.
