Successful financing round worth millions for UVENTIONS

UVENTIONS has successfully closed its latest financing round worth millions. The Hamburg-based start-up, which was founded in October 2019, has been able to convince further investors of the idea of digital real-time hygiene in public spaces.

The new investors include vbw Beteiligungskapital GmbH. The new investor supports startups and medium-sized companies from the Braunschweig Wolfsburg, Germany economic region, but also interesting and innovative companies throughout Germany, such as UVENTIONS here . “The concept of UVENTIONS simply convinced us, it is a great company with innovative ideas in the field of digital hygiene, so we want to support this to realize the ideas,” said Mr. Thomas Zechner, Managing Director of Volksbank BraWo Unternehmensbeteiligungen GmbH.

UVENTIONS welcomes IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH as a further investor. IFB supports innovative startups with the Corona Recovery Fonds (CRF) , among other things. “We have laid the foundation for the successful market entry of Uventions GmbH with the extended Inno-Ramp-Up financing and currently position the company promisingly for further market entry with the implementation of this financing round.” Dörte Bunge from IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH explains. Both new investors participate in the form of a silent partnership in the company.

In addition to the two new investors, three investors from the current shareholder base are also participating in this financing round. PREVENTURE GmbH, Raffay & Cie. GmbH and Dr. Thomas Ecker are thus increasing their existing investment in UVENTIONS. “We are very pleased that we have succeeded in convincing new investors, but also that already active shareholders are participating again in this financing round,” said Daniel Ehlers, CEO of UVENTIONS. UVENTIONS is pleased to have these great partners on board and thanks them for their trust.

“With the new financial support, we will be able to steadily advance product development and also tackle current projects, such as the cooperation with Miele Professional through the TechFounders program,” said Axel Großklaus, CTO of UVENTIONS.
