We are revolutionising the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children with an innovative app that uses gamification and AR to playfully encourage young patients to adhere to treatment. Children are motivated by virtual 'ItchyMonsters' to apply cream regularly (S3 guideline therapy recommendation). The ItchyMonsters improve the collaboration between parents, children and doctors through an integrated diary function and the sensible use of AI in data analysis.
